How
do I know it is safe to use my credit card online?
Provita Online uses the most up to date, industry standard
encryption software and a stand-alone secure server to ensure the
safety of orders placed through the site. No one can have access
to any information we send to you or you send to us as long as it
is sent using the secure pages. We ask customers not to send credit
card numbers by standard email.
Is
there an alternative to using my credit card?
If you are still unhappy about divulging your credit card
number via our secure server, you can easily print out a copy of
your basket page and fax it to us on +44 (0)28 82241734. Alternatively
our staff are also happy to receive your telephone call on +44 (0)28
82252352.
Please
note that all orders are subject to availability. We will try to
contact you if the items ordered are not in stock, not available,
or will take longer than expected for us to supply. All orders are
subject to an order confirmation from Provita, but the order confirmation
is confirmation of receipt of order only, and is still subject to
the items ordered being available.
How
do I use the order form?
In order to process your order we need your name, address
and credit card information for direct delivery outside the UK.
Please fill in all the required fields as described (failure to
do so may slow down your order) Then choose the name of your chosen
distributor. If you wish to place a direct order, please input your
chosen delivery address.
If
you would like to verify the secure status of these pages in IE4/5+
simply right click with your mouse over the page and select "Properties",
you will see that the page is confirmed as "Hypertext Transfer Protocol
with Privacy", in plain English this means that this page is secure.
What
about returns?
If you have bought a item online and would like to return it, we
can refund you . Simply post back the item and include a reason
why the product was not suitable and we shall be happy to refund
your purchase (less postage )
