  • The unique coupon entitles the bearer, to a BUY 1 GET 1 FREE on all preorders of Provita products during the New York Farm Show
  • This offer excludes Hoofsure Endurance – any size

FACEBOOK COMPETITION FEB 2019

  1. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over, who send us a picture to our Facebook page and like the Facebook page
  2. Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3. No purchase is necessary.
  4. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  5. The closing date of the competition is Wednesday 13th February 2019, at 2pm. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  6. Entrants must provide a postal address to claim their prize.
  7. The prize is limited to £100 worth of Product products only and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  8. Provita retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  9. All entrants must consent to the use by Provita and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the competition for an unlimited time, of the winner’s  image/s, photograph/s and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Provita and its related companies).
  10. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the competition and the winner shall participate in such activity on Provita’s reasonable request.  The winner consents to the use by Provita and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Provita and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the competition, all entrants consent to the same.
  11. Provita shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at www.provita.co.uk, and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry, and for the purposes outlined above.
  12. Provita accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Provita further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Provita for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  13. Provita reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of GNM in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The competition will be governed by NI law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NI courts.
